🎄 Maintain the Momentum Challenge 💪
The festive season doesn’t have to mean pressing pause on how good you’ve been feeling. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been chatting with many of our clients about our Maintain the Momentum Challenge, running from 22nd December to 4th January.
The idea is simple and realistic:
✔️ 4 days per week
✔️ 30 minutes of movement
✔️ Designed to fit around Christmas, holidays, and real life
It’s not about perfection or pushing harder — it’s about staying connected to your routine, keeping your body moving, and heading into the new year feeling confident and capable.
If you’re already in, keep going — you’re building something solid.
If you haven’t started yet, it’s not too late to start, join in and move your body in a way that feels good.
