"Golden Hands" Greg's sessions are always popular as clients often report "feeling like a new person" as they walk out of their appointment!

Greg offers bodywork sessions based on the Feldenkrais technique where he engages directly with the clients nervous system. This tends to bypass the muscles and the joints and have an direct impact on neural patterns... gently easing pain, strains and postural complaints.

Each session will differ depending on the presentation of the client. The client usually experiences a pleasant lift in their mood and an improved capacity for much greater freedom in their movement.
