We started the Care Cafe with a vision of helping our community connect and providing affordable practitioner sessions to allow people to experience the many different therapies that we have on offer.

Rhonda is offering supportive 30 minute mini Naturopathic sessions.

These appointments are a space to:

- Chat about your current health concern
- Explore how these are viewed through a naturopathic lens
- Receive gentle guidance on how natural medicine might support you including recommendations for herbs, nutritional changes or practitioner only supplements (if necessary)

CARE CAFE PRACTITIONER SESSIONS next Tuesday! - Carolina, our nurse, will be there next Tuesday, to offer base-line wellness checks including your Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Respiration Rate, Oxygen Saturation, Temperature and Blood Sugar Levels.
She is happy to chat with you regarding health concerns to see what can be of benefit to you.
Carolina is also in the process of studying Therapeutic Touch (TT) a 50+ year old evidence-based and beautifully gentle practice that works with your energy fields at the physical, emotional and higher levels. Carolina is offering 30 min sessions of Therapeutic Touch during our Care Cafe to anyone who would like to experience this beautiful practice.

CARE CAFE PRACTITIONER SESSIONS next Tuesday!
Greg's body work sessions use a unique gentle approach based on the Feldenkrais technique.

He uses light movement and mobilisation techniques, which are performed fully clothed and in a comfortable position (sitting, lying down, or on the floor).

He also incorporates traditional Gua Sha techniques to bring relief to muscle and soft tissue damage.

His sessions can help to relieve:
- joint stiffness or injury
- Back pain or soreness
- Soft tissue soreness or stiffness

If you haven't experienced one of his treatments yet, this is your chance.
