Everybody's skin is unique.

So will everybody's skin program and home skin care system.

This is just an example of what your program could entail if your skin concern and/or condition that's being addressed needed a skin treatment every 2nd month and a day and night skin routine.

For example:
If your main skin concern was reducing the appearance of wrinkles, you may have regular skin treatments every 6 weeks that could include enzyme peels, laser treatments, hydration treatments, and a visit to our cosmetic nurses every 4-6 months.

You may also be introduced to skin care products that include active ingredients such as Niacinamide, Retinol, and Hyaluronic Acid to help hydrate and slow down the ageing process that produces wrinkles and fine lines.

So here is our easy 6-Step process of how we book you in for a consultation. ❤️

1. Call us to book in, or through our website.

2. Arrive 10mins before your appointment to go through our questionnaire. (This questionnaire allows us to get to know your skin and what may be causing your concern and/or condition.)

3. Discuss your skin concerns and/or conditions with the skin clinician and when inflammation occurs. Our skin clinician will read over your answers in the questionnaire and may ask you some more questions for further clarification.

4. Our skin clinician will assess and analyse your skin utilising the Observ 520 system. This will reveal hidden secrets your skin is keeping from the naked eye. Our skin clinician will then make a skin program with treatments and home care products for you to follow to achieve your greatest glowing skin yet! 😍

5. If you choose to go ahead with the program, we'll then book you in for your first skin treatment. 📆

6. Then you can relax, knowing your skin is in good hands for 2026! 😌
