Welcome,

(Sep 2022) Time for a very overdue update, so please note this is still in progress! Hi my name is Bree and I would like to welcome you to my page and tell you a little bit about myself. To start with, I can officially say I am a very experienced massage therapist of 6 years this October, so go me, woo! I'm a Super mum 24/7, emergency service volunteer including being a volunteer first-responder, during Covid for Ambulance Victoria. I am also told by ALL of my clients that I am super women with special super powers that makes their aches and pains go away. How true this is, is yet to be scientifically proven, (laughing!!!)

Anyway, I can't take all the credit though, I think the real experts in all of this is my Left and Right hands, they are truly amazing and without them on my team, I don't think my work would be possible lol:)

I live and breath massage and have an extensive background and knowledge in a variety of health studies. I love alternative health modalities and health in generally, after living with a debilitating chronic auto immune disease that took away some of my best years of my life, I am literally lucky to be here but I am and stronger than ever to help others get through what ever they may be experiencing with the awesome benefits of massage. To see me can be a little wait unless your super lucky to get an availability, as most of my clients are on massage care plans and are booked up-to 6 months in advance. My massage journey,

In October 2016 I started my journey as a massage therapist after completing a Whole Body Massage Course with Discovery Massage Australia. This side hobby which began in the spare room of my house became a little more popular than what I had expected, so I continued to study all 4 modules of Deep Tissue Massage for Common injuries. Content with all 4 modalities and a clientele of full time, I decided it was time to move out into the beautiful studio I have now. Then Covid came, no work, no business so I decided to upgrade my qualifications from Massage Certificate to the Diploma of Remedial Massage. This was fantastic during lock-down but at the same time extremely challenging as on campus hours was extremely challenging to complete but I have finished and am now awaiting that expensive, well deserved piece of paper to arrive. So my next steps will be looking at registering as a Health Care Provider for HICAPS, TAC, Work Cover, Veterans and NDIS (Jan 2023 application in progress)

My massage sessions work around the concept of "Whole Body Therapeutic Massage" with most of my sessions using Deep Tissue and trigger point massage techniques. I am a firm believer in the holistic healing approach, which is based on the human body being made up of the mind, body and spirit. All three must be in working order, so free flow of energy can be achieved. Therapeutic massage not only relaxes your whole body but at the same time, works on any muscle issues, small tears or tightness/knots, that you may be experiencing. The physical manipulation or energetic techniques used on the tissues of the body, also help enhance awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection. I don't just provide a massage service, I provide a massage health care experience. Where I am able to help and assist all my clients with realistic goals, to suit their lifestyle and workplace practices. I take the time to listen and I often refer my clients to other health care professionals, when I feel massage alone cannot assist. For the best results, starting with my BeeZy 123 massage care plan, is advisable and also highly recommended by all my current and past VIP's, who all got great results. This 123, starter step package will allow your body to adjust to my unique massage sequence, that works around each individuals needs. I often refer my clients to other health care professionals if I feel the need and work alongside a local osteopaths to help my clients get the results they are after, for longer lasting relief and better range of movement. After you start my 1-2-3 program, you can maintain and progress your results with regular massage sessions at VIP prices if you book a minimum of 1 session every 6 weeks. These sessions are perfect for the following:

With the heat especially, I cannot stress enough the importance of calling in Injured and Deceased Wildlife.

Can you imagine laying out in 40+ degree heat unable to move or a Joey in the pouch of its deceased Mum, getting hotter and hotter to the point of boiling inside the pouch, literally boiling alive and suffocation.
Thats a frikn awful way to go.
We only have a very short period of time in this heat to be able to save anything before everything starts to shut down.
Mums pouches get so hot after she has passed
It is so important to make the call.

This girl was hit last night in Diggers Rest.
After I had attended to a Roo this morning on Donnybrook, I continued on driving.
Police attended last night but they couldn’t find.

This morning she was called in again after being
spotted laying on someone’s driveway.
By the time time I got there, she was MIA again.
Thankfully, she had managed to get herself into the garden and in the shade.

She was able to get up and move but with my trusty blanket in hand, was able to blanket her.
In the back seat of the car, with the air-conditioner going, quite comfortably, we make the voyage to Kate from Murrindindi Ranges Wildlife Shelter where we were able to Xray her. There’s a fracture there, but after a consult with the Vet, it was decided to give her a go ♥️
It’s all up to her now… bed rest for this little lady.

Please again, google Wildlife Rescue and save a number(s) in your phone
Your phone call could save a life
Your phone call could end suffering

Thank you again to the local “Nanna Group” in my area who sewed these masks!
They are absolutely fantastic ♥️

♥️*****VIDEO AND TEMPLATE ON THE MASKS ARE IN THE COMMENTS IF YOU WANT TO MAKE**** ♥️

Hi BeeZy Clients, for those tentatively booked Tues 13th Jan, due to ongoing CFA volunteer commitments, schedules may need to change at short notice. If you’re able to move your appointment to Mon 12th of Jan, I’d really appreciate it. If not, that’s okay at this stage, I'm just trying to put most people in day clusters during this time. I have sent you a text message😊

This is a tough time for many communities, and an even tougher time for employers, small businesses and sole traders who want to be able to continue to support these commitments. Your ongoing support and understanding for all of these businesses during this period, is truly appreciated🙏

Any extra pop up appointments will be advertised on this page. 😊

Thank you so much for your understanding and support.🚒

WE ARE HEARTBROKEN – URGENT HELP NEEDED 💔

On Thursday, the devastating Victorian fires tore through Tarcombe Wildlife Shelter, leaving destruction behind and shattering the safe haven they worked so tirelessly to build.

This shelter isn’t just buildings and fencing — it’s lives saved, animals loved, sleepless nights, endless sacrifices, and a deep commitment to Australia’s wildlife. In a matter of hours, so much of that was taken away.

And yet… despite their own loss, they are still trying to show up for injured and displaced wildlife who have nowhere else to go.

As a fellow kangaroo sanctuary, this hits incredibly close to home. We know how fragile these places are, how much is poured into every enclosure, every feed, every rescued soul. To lose it to fire is unthinkable.

🙏 They urgently need our help.
Please, if you can, donate directly to Tarcombe Wildlife Shelter to help them rebuild, replace what was lost, and continue saving lives when wildlife need them most.

NAB : Dr Robyn-Maree Coy
BSB : 083 644
Acc No: 578608709

If you can’t donate, please share this post — visibility matters, and kindness spreads.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with wildlife, with rescuers, and with those who refuse to give up — even after losing everything.

We are thinking of everyone affected by the fires and will continue to do what we can to help.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to check in yesterday, your messages were genuinely appreciated.

Thankfully, for our small rural brigade🚒 and local community, there were no fires within our township. Following brigade planning the night prior, we had three appliances ready to respond, all fully crewed, to cover our immediate area and provide support if required. This was especially important as a number of our support brigade members were already deployed on strike teams assisting communities in the north, where conditions were extremely challenging.

For many, this will mean weeks of ongoing support, with current estimates sitting around 6–8 weeks.

Volunteer response relies heavily on people giving their time, often unpaid and on employers who are able to support staff to step away from work to serve their communities when needed. That support makes a real difference.

As we move through what is shaping up to be a long fire season, continued community understanding and support for all emergency service volunteers is truly appreciated.

Thankyou 🙏 B

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, today is a very bad fire danger day.

Warnings have and are being issued by all emergency services, including volunteers, across VicEmergency, CFA, and partner agencies. Crews are already stretched and prepared to protect our communities today however they will also need rest in the coming days and weeks.

Emergency services and CFA volunteers have done everything possible to prepare the public through VicEmergency warnings, community messaging, and repeated advice that leaving early is the safest option.

If you haven’t activated your fire plan to leave before a fire starts, there is a very real chance that decision could be regretted if a fire ignites nearby.

Many people still believe warnings will come in a neat sequence:

Advice → Watch & Act → Emergency Warning
Sadly, this is often not how fires behave.

When Vic emergency and CFA say “TAKE ACTION NOW”, that message is issued before a fire starts. It means conditions are dangerous and your safest option is to leave early, well before smoke, flames, or sirens.
Please trust it.

If your plan is to stay and wait and then evacuate at the Emergency Warning / Too Late to Leave stage, there is a strong possibility you will face:

👉🚒No emergency services to respond to your circumstances
👉 Darkness
👉 Dense smoke with little to no visibility
👉 Embers falling and swirling like hail
👉 Unpredictable wind changes and storm damage, trees down
👉 Wildlife and livestock loose on roads
👉 Hundreds of other vehicles with people panicking
👉Road accidents, traffic standstill
👉 And ultimately… a plan that has failed

So please take a moment to rethink your plan. Be prepared to be on your own, CFA and emergency services are already committed to current fires so we can't guarantee fire trucks.

Understand places of last resort do not guarantee you safety and you will most likely be there without emergency services for a long period of time.

The likely hood of a power outage is very high, so you may not have mobile phone/internet coverage for warnings and communications.

And if it turns out to be a fizzer in your area and you and your family are safe, that was a great training drill for the rest of summer and that inconvenience was worth it.

Leave early. It is the safest option.
From my heart to yours🙏💜🚒

Be safe. Be smart. Act early.
Love,
B 💛

A severe heatwave is expected over the next few days, with extreme heatwave conditions forecast to be the worst we’ve seen since the Black Summer bushfires.

It won't hurt to give the gardening a miss, or save that long run for another day – stay out of the sun and make a plan to stay cool.

💨 Use air conditioning and fans.

👒 Slip on a shirt, slop on sunscreen, slap on a hat and slide on those shades.

🌡️ Avoid going out during the hottest part of the day.

🚿 Use a wet towel, put your feet in cool water and take cool showers.

💧 Stay hydrated. If your urine is dark, you definitely need more fluids.

⛔ Skip leg day, that Tan Track run, and trimming those bushes – it can wait.

Looks like Summer has decided to arrive. ☀️🔥

So it’s time to talk about your bushfire survival plan.

With the weather well and truly heating up this week, now is the time to plan and prepare for what you will do on high-risk fire days.

🚗 Leaving early is the safest option to protect yourself and your family.
Leaving early means leaving the area before a fire starts — not when you can see flames or smell smoke.

Leaving early helps you avoid panic, becoming trapped, making rushed decisions, and risking serious injury or death. Talk to your family and friends about how you’ll know when to leave and where you’ll go to stay safe.

Know your trigger to leave

❗ The Fire Danger Rating is your trigger to act. The higher the rating, the more dangerous the situation if a fire starts.
❗ On a Catastrophic day, leaving high-risk bushfire areas the night before or early in the morning is the safest option.
❗ Don’t rely on an official warning to leave. Bushfires can start quickly and threaten lives and homes within minutes.

A hard but important reality

If a fire starts in your area, we cannot guarantee a fire truck will be available to defend your property.
The safest option is for you not to be there.

What to do before you leave

✅ Close all doors and windows
✅ Move doormats and outdoor furniture away from the house
✅ Block downpipes and partially fill gutters with water
✅ Move stock or large animals to large paddocks with short grass
✅ Turn off gas supply (see Energy Safe Victoria for gas safety tips)
✅ Leave the front gate open

These actions may help minimise damage to your home during a bushfire.
