Removing distractions to really trust our instincts.
In truth - I’ve taken a back seat from pretty much everything, even things that are ‘good’ for me that includes - working out, taking supplements, seeing friends and much more!
Making space to be with our self can feel uncomfortable, naturally filling gaps with things even that are good for us or helping others.
However a pause can create an opportunity to look at what’s working and whats not, what to change or to be reset.
Even what has been ‘good’ for us may want mixing up.
Information is helpful if we embody it other wise it’s simply another distraction!
Tell a different story to live a different experience!
