Do you fill your cup up? β
I mean really fill it up, so it is always in overflow or is your cup always running on empty?. Sadly, if you are the latter it is because of the following reasons:
1. We are all conditioned to be find more things to be busy for.
2. Parental conditioning.
3. Environmental, your personal circumstances.
4. Your biological wiring.
All of these things can factor into how full your cup is on the daily. Just like your daily coffee, you are guaranteed to fill your cup up again tomorrow because it is something that is ritualistic and just for you, but when we add deadlines and other people's expectations into the mix, the cup can get low pretty quickly.
Ensuring that you pour back into your cup is extremely important and has so many health benefits as well. Some examples of pouring back into your cup, might be a long walk, a bath. reading a book, meditation, connection to nature....We would love to hear some of the ways that you pour back into your cup.
