We have a challenge winner! A massive congratulations to Lesely Linde as our first place winner and Leona Gordon for our 2nd place winner and a big shout out to Helen Carlile as our encouragement award.

Well done to all of our challengers, it takes a lot of courage to go that next level in your wellness journey and you each pulled out the extra stops to ensure that you pushed yourselves beyond your limits and with that, you all should be so very proud of yourselves.

Do you fill your cup up? β˜•

I mean really fill it up, so it is always in overflow or is your cup always running on empty?. Sadly, if you are the latter it is because of the following reasons:

1. We are all conditioned to be find more things to be busy for.

2. Parental conditioning.

3. Environmental, your personal circumstances.

4. Your biological wiring.

All of these things can factor into how full your cup is on the daily. Just like your daily coffee, you are guaranteed to fill your cup up again tomorrow because it is something that is ritualistic and just for you, but when we add deadlines and other people's expectations into the mix, the cup can get low pretty quickly.

Ensuring that you pour back into your cup is extremely important and has so many health benefits as well. Some examples of pouring back into your cup, might be a long walk, a bath. reading a book, meditation, connection to nature....We would love to hear some of the ways that you pour back into your cup. Don't be the same, be better ✨

I was listening to a podcast the other day and in the interview they referenced the quote by Jim Rohn "Don't wish for easier, wish to be better." This got me thinking how true this is and how accessing that next level of life requires you to shed that layer of sameness.

In order for us to truly grow and evolved, we should be asking ourselves what can I do today that will be better than yesterday? instead of I wish my life was easier. When you feel into the latter statement, you can feel the block instantly and it feels powerless and victim like, however when you ask the question what can I do today that will be better? your sub-conscious starts looking for the answers to bring it into your conscious awareness.

Off the back of last weeks quote, the way we say things, matters. "Don't be the same, be better." πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Yay! You did it. When I gave you your certificate, you had a little giggle and told me about a little inside joke that you have with Shane. About how you feel like you should skip the certificate and go straight to the shirt thats reads, BEYOND help instead of #100 sessions, because it has taken a year to reach this milestone.

Well, I am here to celebrate your tenacity and fierce determination, Terri, because you never gave up on yourself no matter the set back you experienced over that year, which takes a lot of self-belief and courage. There is a little quote that a friend shared with me, that small steps cover large distances and I feel that quote is relevant to your journey.

Let's take a moment to celebrate the amazing Emma East on her own little in house personal victory ✨

Emma entered into a health and well-being competition at her work and won. Not only did Emma win a nice little cash incentive prize but her biggest win was losing 5.5 kgs in 8 weeks, so out of the 9 colleagues that entered, Emma was the one who was victorious.
