Our Monday 6pm Hot Hatha class with gaurav.rai.01 is a grounding and strengthening practice. Gaurav blends traditional Hatha postures with the benefits of heat. Moving with awareness and breath, you’ll build stability, improve mobility and develop focus, while exploring poses, your inner landscape and peace (also with a bit of play!).
This class caters to all levels so it’s perfect for both students who are new, and those who are experienced.
