It is with great sadness today that we found out and share the news that this beautiful yogi, Jenny Croston, passed away earlier this year.
Jenny was a beautiful soul and I am so grateful that she continued to come and practice with us when she visited Australia. She was a beautiful soul who blessed our studio and community with her spirit and presence.
Jenny, thank you for introducing me to Ashtanga yoga and for our many private sessions.
You will truly be missed, and myself and the students at will be sending you love and laughs forever ###
Here’s 3 tips to ensure your twists are effective… It’s like wringing out a towel:
Step 1: Lengthen the spine.
Step 2: Initiate the twist from the center.
Step 3: Turn the ribcage and pelvis in opposite directions.
