2) Shoulder blade squeezes: inhale, pull shoulder blades together for 5 seconds, repeat 8 times to open the chest and improve alignment.
3) Seated hip hinge: place hands on thighs, slide forward slightly, hinge from hips and lengthen your spine for 6–8 reps to ease lower-back tension.
