You may be wondering - what is Reiki? You may have heard of it but don’t really know what it involves or what benefits it can have. In basic terms it is an energy healing practi

ce where the Reiki practitioner (me) places their hands on or above your (fully clothed) body, connecting to your energy to help your body balance itself from a very deep level. Sessions may involve guided meditation, crystals and colour therapy, and I also offer card reading and guidance as part of my sessions. In my experience Reiki can facilitate deep and profound life changes, and help anything from pain, anxiety and stress, to releasing emotions and helping find your purpose in life. I could talk and talk about Reiki but it is only the experience of something that will reveal the true meaning for you. Life works in mysterious ways, and I have found that it often brings you exactly what you need at exactly the right time. Eeeeeee here we go again!

Remember last year? We have been asked repeatedly since then if we will do another one 😊We jokingly put the attendance for our 2024 8/8 event as 88 people, never dreaming that would actually manifest! But those of you who attended are testament to what is possible around this powerful portal 🙌

So, we are doing it again. Calling in a great gathering to forge new connections, create bridges, new neural pathways of possibility.

Gosh I'm loving all the Reiki + Ceremonies lately! All my 1:1 sessions lately have just been so beautiful. Big shifts.

At the end of the session people saying they feel completely different to how they walked in. Feeling heaviness has lifted. Feeling lighter. Feeling clarity. Feeling gratitude.

Today we journeyed with blue lotus, and it was interesting to observe that the cards all had deep blues and purples, the pants I was wearing same, the clothes the client was wearing were also deep blue and so were the cups and blanket! No coincidences 💙

I feel so so amazing today, riding the post Light Language Workshop high and I had both spinal flow and chiropractic yesterday, and in both sessions they also did some Reiki. And obviously I love Reiki! It always makes me feel so bloody good!!

If you're reading this and feeling bla, stuck, uncertain, unmotivated, flat, sad, angry, over it all, are having negative thoughts or just not feeling as great as you know you can - Reiki! Give it a go. It can only help 😉

Another glorious morning welcoming a new day 🙌🌈💃🌊☀️

The last photo reminds me of a handprint, which was something that came up Sunday at the Light Language Workshop, and has continued popping into my awareness since.

We will never know the mark we leave on others, the imprints that last long after an interaction has happened. Or the mark we leave in the world, the ripple effect of our actions, of our footsteps and handprints.

I was also reflecting on indigenous nomadic people, how little possessions they would have - imagine having to move all the things we own around with us now!
How in touch with nature they would be, taking what the environment has to give and moving on when that space has given enough, never taking too much that it puts things out of balance.

So different to our modern day society which is largely about take take take as much as you can. Not much thought for what can be given back, or for the impact of our choices.

Walking the path I am now leads me deeper and deeper into relationship with the world around me, with the impact of my choices, my imprints. And especially to my intentions behind what I do, what I choose, and what I can give as well as receive.

Loving my 1:1 sessions lately 💓

Using my new Tibetan sound bowl has been beautiful

There is a really peaceful allowing with the energies coming through

Very supportive. Especially of physical body healing - energy sessions work really well in conjunction with chiropractic therapies, naturopathic and nutritional support etc

It's all about holistic health care 🙌 mind body and spirit - caring for all components.

I have some space tomorrow and next week - come rest and receive ✨️

Two Reiki+Ceremonies today ♥️

It's a beautiful energy to cultivate. What brings you joy?

For me, being in my full expression brings me joy. Hence the name of this Sunday's light language day retreat - The Joy of Expression 🌻

Forever facing the light ☀️✨️

Seems to be my job here - to bring the light, to see the light in myself and others, to stay oriented to it even when things seems very dark.

Light language is one way I do this. Frequency expressed as sound. Waves of energy that have a profound effect on every layer of your being.

Excited for this Sunday, a day to be fully immersed in light language 🙌
