You may be wondering - what is Reiki? You may have heard of it but don’t really know what it involves or what benefits it can have. In basic terms it is an energy healing practice where the Reiki practitioner (me) places their hands on or above your (fully clothed) body, connecting to your energy to help your body balance itself from a very deep level. Sessions may involve guided meditation, crystals and colour therapy, and I also offer card reading and guidance as part of my sessions. In my experience Reiki can facilitate deep and profound life changes, and help anything from pain, anxiety and stress, to releasing emotions and helping find your purpose in life. I could talk and talk about Reiki but it is only the experience of something that will reveal the true meaning for you. Life works in mysterious ways, and I have found that it often brings you exactly what you need at exactly the right time. We could both feel how much is going to shift for this client after this session!

My client forms have all said some variation of feeling stuck/lost/ungrounded/unclear, lacking purpose and direction, doubting the path (or where even is the path?!!), needing clarity, needing direction....

if you're guided to a session like this it's exactly the right time to break through that energy.

It's built up for a reason - and there comes a breaking point, on the other side of which lies the clarity you've been seeking.

Egypt was that breaking point for me, after a year of the stuck uncertain stagnant feeling.

And now of course I'm receiving clients feeling how I was, and I'm able to facilitate their breakthroughs.

I love how energy work WORKS!
