HIRING: Female Support Worker

Location: Point Cook
Time: Everyday | 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
(With potential longer shifts on Thursdays, Saturdays & full days during parents’ holidays)

We’re looking for a gentle, nurturing female support worker to support a lovely 15-year-old boy with NO behaviours of concern. He is non-verbal but always smiling, a happy soul who brings joy to everyone around him.

What You’ll Do:
• Pick him up from school
• Assist with showering and mealtime
• Provide calm, consistent, and compassionate care

What We’re Looking For:
• Someone reliable and committed, available every day at 2:30–5:30pm
• A motherly and patient nature is essential
• You must be able to take on the role long-term. the family is only looking for only ONE dedicated support worker

The family is kind, respectful, and fully supportive of their staff. This is a beautiful opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist a lovely 7-year-old boy in Wyndham Vale.

About the Role:
• Shift Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Weekdays)
• Support Focus: Light review of schoolwork – simple, after-school support (not formal tutoring)
• Participant: A sweet and polite 7-year-old who responds well to calm, friendly guidance

More Opportunities Available:

Additional shifts during school holidays are available with other participants, primarily focused on community access support – fun outings, social skills building, and exploration.

✅ Requirements:
• Passion for working with children
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, warm, and engaging personality
