Hey lovely ones,

Just popping in to say, I’m still here, even though I’m just a little quiet.

I’ve been deep in a season of transformation, pouring my heart into a complete rebrand that feels more aligned than ever.

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been, know it’s all unfolding behind the scenes, slowly and intentionally.

Birth with T will be a space that continues to honour the sacred, raw, and beautiful journey of birth and motherhood.

With love,

Here’s how I can help support you if you’re bringing a tiny new addition into the world in 2025!

🌀 Birthkeeper Offerings. I’ll hold your hand (literally and metaphorically) while you grow and bring your tiny humans earth side, and then nourish you while you nourish them.

✨ Placenta Encapsulation. I will take your placenta (yes the one you grew from scratch like an absolute badass) and turn it into wonderful capsules to support your postpartum recovery and well-being.

🛒 Hire items. Having a homebirth and feeling drawn to the water? Or Wanting a handy, non-invasive pain relief option? With multiple Elle Tens and birth pool options, I’m your gal.

You deserve to feel supported, nurtured and confident in this season of your life and I’d love to support you on your journey! 🤍

Whether you have a fresh 3 week old, a 6 month old, a toddler or even a school age child, we all need a little support and love sometimes!

A nourishing meal that you didn’t have to make yourself, a relaxing bath, or a moment to have a hot coffee.

I know first hand what it’s like to not have much support of a village, I know how exhausting it is to carry the weight of the mental load + everything else. Or be too afraid to admit you need help or a break. Let me help take some of the weight for a moment.

Every mama deserves to nurtured just as much as we nurture our children. Get in touch to see how I can help support you. 💜

🩵 5 TIPS FOR THE BIRTH PARTNERS 🩵

~ Get educated. Birth education isn’t just for mum, it is incredibly beneficial for you too. By having better understand on how the body works during labour and birth can help you be a better support person.
~ Protect the birth space. Wherever she is giving birth, it’s your job to protect her space and have control of the environment by asking anyone who should not be there to leave, bringing calm, positive vibes, dimming the lights or putting on her birthing playlist if she has one.
~ Offer practical support. Massage her, hold her hand, firm counter pressure and breathing techniques. Get the tens machine out or give her the birth comb. Her needs can change often so follow her lead to best support her.
~ Keep her hydrated. Offer her sips of water/coconut water regularly. Make it easy, hold the straw to her mouth and let her know you got some water for her. Don’t forget to keep her feed also!
~ Get familiar with her birth plan. Knowing what she wants is vital and knowing and understanding this before birth gives puts you in the best position to advocate for her and the baby.

Whether you are dad, a special friend, a sister, her own mother, it is an incredible honour to walk alongside a birth, but it also comes with big responsibilities.

Your words, actions and presence can influence the experience significantly and knowing what to do can be a bit tricky sometimes.

The Golden Hour ✨ is the undisturbed first hour of skin-to-skin right after birth and incredibly important and beneficial for both mum and baby.

Uninterrupted immediate skin-to-skin in the first hour has many benefits, including:
✨ Allows baby to adjust to life outside of the womb
✨ Promotes bonding between mum and baby
✨ Promotes baby-lead attachment
✨ Helps regulate babies body temperature, breathing and heart rate
✨ Associated with great breastfeeding success
✨ Boosts babies immune system
✨ Reduces stress in both mum and baby
✨ Helps the delivery of the placenta and contracts your uterus
✨ Stabilises blood glucose levels in baby

The golden hour provides such a gentle introduction to the world and should take priority over any non-emergency procedures after birth.

And the benefits don’t just end after the golden hour, continue to do skin-to-skin with your baby keeps the benefits coming, for both you and your baby!
