✨ Simple self-care before bed ✨
Soak your feet in warm water with spa salt or even kitchen salt for about 15–20 minutes before bedtime.
****“A little secret from me… I usually like the water quite warm (almost hot) because it really helps my blood circulation. But please be careful though — warm and comfortable is good, not so hot that your skin turns red! 🤣😅”****
It helps improve circulation, reduce stress, relax tight calf muscles, and prepares your body for a deep and restful sleep.
