Introducing the wonderful Emma! ✨
Emma joins us as one of our amazing provisional psychologists - currently in the process of completing her Masters. This also means you don’t need a GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan to see Emma.
Emma strives to provide a warm, genuine, and non-judgemental space where her clients can feel comfortable to share. She is motivated to provide personalised and evidence-based care centred on her clients to help them reach their goals.

Welcome Emma! You are such a valued addition to our team ☀️

📣 Presenting Erin and Lauren! 📣
Meet our two new Educational and Developmental registrars who you may have seen around the practice recently. Both Erin and Lauren graduated from a Masters of Educational and Developmental psychology and bring some extra warmth and brightness to our team. We are so excited for them to be part of the team and can't wait to continue to be a part of their journey as the year continues.

Our Clinical Director, Lisa, and her 7 year old daughter, Arabella, are cutting off their hair on the 30th November to support the creation of bespoke wigs for children with cancer and to raise funds to ensure that every child facing cancer receives the care and support they deserve.

Please support them in their fundraising journey, together we can make today easier for kids with cancer and their families.

Hi families!
First Friday of October! Let’s start the month off with another fun fact! 🧠
This week we have Akanksha’s fun fact. Did you know that our brain sometimes likes to play tricks on us by making it hard to tell real memories apart from false memories? Have you ever thought something had happened, only to realise it was actually just a dream? 😴

We are nearing the end of our Fun Fact Fridays, with just two more weeks to go! We welcome any fun facts you might have for us to share 💛

With Kindness,
Happiness Project✨

Happy Friday families!
You know what time it is ⏰Fun Fact Friday!

This week we have Marini’s fun fact 🌈
Did you know that fidget toys can be super useful for self-regulation? Research shows that for some kiddos, especially those with a neurodivergent brain, figdeting with small toys or objects can enhance attention and learning by keeping the brain engaged and stimulated whilst avoiding distraction or overwhelm.

So, fidgets are definitely something to add to your self-care toolbox! 🪀

We wish you a wonderful weekend ahead (and last few days of school holidays)!
We can’t wait to see you again next week for another fun fact!

Happiness Project✨

Happy Friday families! And what a beautiful day it is ☀️
Who is excited for another fun fact? We sure are!

This week we have Isaac’s fact: Did you know that expressing gratitude towards others (even if it is just in our minds) can do amazing things for us? It can make us feel more relaxed, regulate our emotions, and keep us extra motivated! 🧘🎯

This weekend we challenge you to spend 5 minutes writing down something you are grateful for 🫶🏻

We can’t wait to see you next week for another fun fact!
With Kindness,
Happiness Project ✨
