A warm, welcoming home is available in Wynnum West, shared with one other calm, independent, and considerate 60-year-old female.

🛏️ You’ll have the use of two bedrooms and own bathroom – perfect if you’d like a separate space for a hobby room or study.

💚 Ideal for someone ready to live more independently with some support.
Bring your own support workers, or we can help arrange friendly, drop-in supports.

🏡 NDIS and non-NDIS welcome.
🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ friendly.
👩 Preferably suited to a lady housemate.

A peaceful home environment with gentle companionship and space to be yourself.

A lovely opportunity to share a calm, welcoming ILO (Individualised Living Option) home with one other female participant in Wynnum West.

What’s on Offer:
• 2 bedrooms for the new housemate (one can be used as a hobby or TV room)
• Sole use of the main bathroom
• $305 per week + share of bills
• Move-in date: 16th August onwards

About the Home & Location:
• Quiet, well-maintained home
• 2-minute drive to Wynnum Plaza, 10 minutes to the waterfront, 400m to bus stop and 1.2km to train station
• Peaceful garden and shared communal spaces

About Your Future Housemate:
A 60-year-old woman who is smart, creative, independent, and kind-hearted. She enjoys the simple things in life and always finds the good in people and situations. She would love to share her home with someone who has a similar gentle, positive outlook. LGBQT+ welcome

Support:
A small and wonderful team of female support workers is already in place to meet participant needs if required
