In our recent Wellness Workshop I made mention of my selected goal of focusing on my health as sometimes I allow life to get too busy and I need to step outside my life and rejig my daily routine to ensure I make time for the simple things that make a big difference in my energy levels, which good health means to me - energy and feeling good!!!
