Rachel offers gentle, play-based Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, communication, and behaviour.
Dance Movement Therapy strengthens the mind-body connection, providing a safe, non-verbal way to express feelings, build confidence, and develop self-awareness. Through rhythm, breath, and creative movement, Rachel helps regulate the nervous system — improving behaviour, communication, and social engagement.
