A guided breathwork journey followed by a deeply relaxing soundbath in a calm, candlelit space. Perfect if you’re needing to reset and unwind.

After years of using what I thought was essential oils to make a room smell good, a girlfriend invited me to her house for a fun evening of learning of how to clean with no toxic stuff. OMG, I had my eyes opened to how much, we as a community, use chemicals in our everyday life. From deodorant (which include: Aluminum Compounds. Aluminum is the ingredient in antiperspirants that actually clogs your pores and prevents sweating, Parabens, Triclosan, to name a few) to the sprays we use to clean (Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulphonate, Dipropylene Glycol Butyl Ether, Alcohols, C10-12, Ethoxylated, Ethanol, Sodium Laureth Sulphate). From that moment I went back to basics.
Changed using spray in our toilet too a drop of lemon essential oil with bi- carb and use a natural toilet brush. Done and smells amazing. Then there is always a good toilet bomb. So easy to make and as a bonus is cheap and takes no time at all. Starting using real essential oils, that is sourced and distilled as it should be.
This got me thinking - what exactly was in the oils I had picked up a local health food shop. So after a bit of research and talking to others who had more knowledge than I, I discovered that the stuff I had been using was fake. The 'Natural 100 % pure essential oils" was in fact a chemical make up from factory - there wasn't a drop of goodness in that tiny bottle.
I have just completed my aromatherapy course at Nature Care College. And wow what a learning journey that was but it was amazing. I know have the knowledge to help you in a natural way for whatever may ail you. From just stress to anything more complicated.
So now I am wanting to educate others as to how easy it is change, even just one part of your daily routine, to something that really is natural and how it can improve your health and general wellbeing - and as a bonus feel amazing!
