- Is it just Wyong?
YES! Our West Gosford and Bellbird locations remain in operation as always.
- What about our current appointments?
Our reception team have been busy contacting as many patients as possible by phone, to ensure we are providing advice on access to other practices as well as local free immunisation clinics for those who may be due.
- Can we be seen at the superclinic and have our medical files accessed?
Yes, all our records are available at all of our locations. So as always, you can choose to see any doctor within the Reliance network and they will have access to your medical history.
- How can I get my medical records?
A simple medical records request form can be sent through from your new clinic, for further details please speak to our reception team.
- What's happening to our staff and doctors?
The team you have come to know and love will be moving to West Gosford, not one person will be out of a job!
- How can we help? Is there a petition?
We have had signage in the practice for the last 2 years, asking patients to contact Emma McBride MP and/or David Harris MP to submit feedback about the worsening access to care on the Central Coast without success.
