Today was one of those moments that reminds me why I love the work I do.

I had the chance to spend a little time with my Master Trainer, Heidi Heron, and the students completing their Trainer’s Training on the Sunshine Coast. Watching the next generation of NLP trainers step into their potential is always inspiring.

It was also wonderful to reconnect with my brother from another mother, Balz from Switzerland, who is currently reviewing his Trainer’s Training. Some of you might remember Balz from when he co-trained with me back in October 2024.

Moments like this remind me how powerful it is to stay connected to the people who helped shape your journey. The mentors, colleagues, and friends who believed in you, challenged you, and supported your growth.

NLP has become such a meaningful part of my life and my family’s life. Collaborating with my amazing daughter, Sarah and watching my other amazing daughter Emma, take on a new role as a mother. I already know Lainey will grow up with an amazing mindset.

And now, I have the privilege of passing that knowledge on — training others and seeing fantastic outcomes for our clients in a modality that I truly love.

Grateful for the journey. Grateful for the people. And excited for the next generation of trainers stepping forward.
