Hey you 👋 Just a lil reminder—wherever you’re at today, your nervous system is doing its best for you 🤍

Our systems are constantly responding to everything happening in our inner and outer worlds. It’s not about getting it just right or being perfectly calm all the time. It’s also not bad to be wired, shut down, or anywhere in between. These are all just signals and adaptations to help us navigate life.

Let's take a moment to check-in: where are you at? What is your nervous system signaling to you as we finish up the week?

Meet Your NeuroKind Team 🤍

" Hi, I’m Christopher — a Provisional Psychologist completing my Master of Professional Psychology at Macquarie University. I take a strengths-based, positive-psychology approach, shaped by my work mentoring disadvantaged young people through Youth Off The Streets and delivering school mental health workshops with KYDS. I’m big on creating a safe, empowering space for adolescents and young adults, tailoring therapy to help people build resilience and move toward the life they want. I also bring experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, and outside work you’ll find me camping, hiking, coaching local footy, or refereeing on the weekend."

Meet Your NeuroKind Team 🤍

"Hey, I’m Tamara! I’m a Provisional Psychologist currently completing my Master of Professional Psychology at Macquarie University. I focus on creating a steady, welcoming space where clients can show up exactly as they are. My background includes supporting neurodiverse girls and gender-diverse young people in both group and individual settings, and my own lived experience of ADHD helps me understand the nuances many clients face. I’m passionate about neuro-affirming, genuinely empathetic care, and I’m learning AUSLAN to keep accessibility front and centre. When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me crocheting, sipping tea, spending time with loved ones, or out on a trail getting some fresh air."

Meet Your NeuroKind Team 🤍

Jasper's staying! After completing his Master's placement with us earlier this year, we're so excited to have Jasper officially joining our team!

"Hello, Japser here! I'm a certified nutritionist with a background in coaching children in sports, which helps me bring a holistic perspective to mental health and wellbeing. With lived experience of ADHD, I bring deep empathy and understanding to my work with neurodivergent individuals. I'm known for my curiosity and passion for health, and I’m always looking to expand my knowledge. In the future, I hope to complete a Master’s in Neuroscience and pursue a Ph.D. in Psychology. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and playing board games with friends."
