We would like to inform you that our phone line has been experiencing technical issues over the past week, which may have affected our ability to receive calls. Upon investigation, we discovered that the LAN line had been damaged due to rodent activity. We have reported the issue to the managing agent, who is now coordinating with the building management to arrange for repairs.
