After suffering health problems that conventional Doctors could not treat, I turned to natural remedies and treatments to help get my body into balance. It was then i realised that the very environment i was living in and products that i was using for my skin, the food i was eating and chemicals I came into contact without thinking, was in fact the root of my problems. The aim of this page is not to preach that the environment we live in is all bad, but to share advice from myself and any 'likers' that have alternatives to the chemical laiden foods, hygeine products, cleaning agents etc. And to share with each other stories of how natural alternatives helped them. Many people dont realise what they are ingesting can actually be quite harmful. you ask 'why would this be allowed'? big business is why, pharmaceutical companies are a prime example as to why Doctors prescribe endless pills causing more harm- instead of allowing the body to heal naturally

Also to raise awareness, i will be posting research articles etc on different products and their possible affects on the body. This information will hopefully demonstrate that going natural is not only better for you, but the natural environment, and our furry creatures.
