We’re seeking compassionate and skilled Disability Support Workers (male and female) to provide person-centred care to NDIS participants.

Join our team and help empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives!

🏠 Position-Specific Requirements
• House 1: Female support workers only (aged 20–30) for female participants.
• House 2: Male & Female support workers (20-45).

✨ Your Role & Responsibilities

✔ Provide personal care (showering, dressing, medication, meal prep).�
✔ Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans with empathy.�
✔ Support clients in social, recreational, and community activities.
✔ Foster independence and life skills development.�
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.�
✔ Assist with light housekeeping as needed.

🔹 About You

✅ Passionate about inclusive, person-centred care.�
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.�
✅ Adaptable, patient, and committed to positive outcomes.�
✅ Team player with a collaborative mindset.�
✅ Flexible for shifts (days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers).

📋 Essential Requirements
• 1+ year experience in disability support.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate (current).
• Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle.
• Working with Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Police Check (within last 6 months).
