At Better Life Ranch and AJR Counselling, Coaching & Consulting, we deeply understand that healing from trauma is not something that happens overnight. We are so honoured to invite you to our Healing From Trauma Course, beginning 12th February 2026 🌿
This course has been thoughtfully created to provide a safe, nurturing space where healing can unfold naturally and at your own pace.

Throughout this journey, you will be supported to:

🤍 Learn grounding tools, mindfulness practices, and guided meditation to support regulation and inner calm
🤍 Build self-awareness and reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner world

🤍 Experience the powerful, healing presence of horses — offering reflection, grounding, and connection beyond words

Working with horses allows for profound moments of awareness and healing. Their calm, intuitive nature helps create space for emotional release, self-reflection, and a deeper connection to yourself in a gentle and non-judgmental way.

This course is about meeting yourself where you are, honouring your story, and learning that healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.
