🌱 Week 7 and Growing Strong! 🐴
Our Grow Inside, Thrive Outside group is now in its 7th week, and the transformation we’re seeing in these young people has been truly inspiring!

From mastering emotional regulation to building stronger social skills, they’re learning to recognise not just their own needs—but also the needs of others. One of the most heartwarming changes? Watching them step in to support each other without being asked. 💚

This is what growth looks like—inside and out. ✨
