YES WE CAN say NO!

For one month, try saying NO to your favourite treats and donate your goodies to a great cause Elandra Women’s Refuge. They support women and children in need with essential foods and supplies as well as emergency accommodation.

We’ll have a donation bin at the BOUNCE Studio for sealed treats and food items.

For our BOUNCE families and inparticular those in the BOUNCE 360, PT and Fun & fitness program, this is a fantastic opportunity to see the difference that reducing sugar and carbs can make for your physical and mental health.

Feeling adventurous? Take it to BOSS LEVEL: weigh yourself tomorrow and challenge yourself to eliminate sugars and carbs for one month, you might be amazed at the results! 🙂

Our goal is to donate as many items as possible, so let’s make it happen!
