n those quiet moments, when the world seems to pause and the noise of daily life fades away, clarity emerges. It’s as if the stillness allows thoughts to settle, revealing insights hidden beneath the surface.
The gentle whisper of intuition becomes audible, guiding me toward decisions I might have overlooked amid the chaos, you know, those moments when you may feel hurt or sad within and locked into that feeling.

David has practiced yoga for 25 years and is a registered Yoga Australia teacher. David is influenced by various styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ta**ra and Ashtanga. His overriding passion involves incorporating traditional yoga wisdom into his teachings. He seeks to present practical techniques and practices that can be integrated into your yoga practice and daily life. David has been taking regular classes in the South West for almost 7 years and has recently published his first Yoga Manual “Planting the Seeds”.
Marie has been practising yoga for the past 20 years. After a major panic attack overseas 12 years ago, she experienced her own death which induced post traumatic stress disorder. Without the aid of pharmaceutical products she healed her trauma through various techniques including meditation, South Korean energy healing and cognitive therapy studies. Marie is a qualified practitioner of Reiki. Marie combines sound, yoga movement, kundalini kriya, mind & breath and is offering her unique “Energy Integration” classes. Marie’s classes are designed to connect you to your heart and your inner self and assists, shifts and supports those who are enduring past, present, emotional and physical pain.
