Coming out of Mercury retrograde (which I have heard from so many as quite an intense, heavy time) communication may have felt a little tricky, you may have felt misunderstood or unheard or just that there was no balance in your interpersonal relationships.
Now is the time to come back into equilibrium ♾️

Soul imprints from past lives that are here to heal show up from time to time. I’ve noticed this a lot with clients this year. In the Year of the snake we are coming full circle
and closing out old chapters, letting go in a big way on all levels.

Autumn has arrived 💛🧡🍁 🔶 for us in the Southern hemisphere

A time of letting go to make space for growth. A time to plant seeds with trust in the growth that’s to come. Allowing our dreams to unfurl into reality. The shift in energy from Summer to Autumn provides space to invite more stillness and supports activities like reading, journalling, yin yoga and meditation.

It is Pisces season encouraging us to imagine, surrender, move slower and open our hearts wide.

It's an energy that allows us to embrace the unknown of change, encouraging our inner selves to radically adapt to transformation.
