Last two weeks have been jammed packed with goodness! Saw my daughter Kiara and volunteered at the Torian Pro, saw sweat and muscles and determination plus a couple of great concerts whilst in Bris! Worked and enjoyed Lismore Biggest morning tea at the Civic, Nambucca Heads health promotion- beautiful! Coffs Harbour expo and Maclean body balance for breast awareness. Evans river game for hubby and netball for daughter. Did I mention move house? 🫣💜💖🥰

I am grateful for oxygen and that we have clean air to breathe in this beautiful part of the world.

I am so grateful that I have a loving husband, three beautiful daughters and clean water to drink whenever I need it.
