Feeling proud to offer another wonderful selection of yoga and embodiment retreats in 2024

My guiding principles:

⭐️ Yoga is a wisdom tradition handed from person to person woven from subtle threads of perception and awareness

⭐️ I’m always learning, practicing and endeavour to teach from the depths, never from the shallows...

⭐️ I encourage everyone to achieve autonomy and self awareness through their yoga practice so that we all become wisdom leaders in our own way
