Bring to life your vision for the year ahead during an afternoon of vision boarding Art Therapy and Yin Yoga. You’ll be guided to get clear on your goals, be supported to create your unique vision board as a tool for calling in your 2025 intentions and move through a Yin Yoga practice to help embody your vision.

Yoga mats and props, all art materials and afternoon tea included. No art experience is necessary to join in.

Join Sarah (registered Art Therapist) from Studio-Espe & Amanda from as we guide you through an afternoon of Clay and Expressive Art making. Together, we have designed a workshop that will include a deep dive into Guided Visualisation, Art Exploration, & Clay to unlock understanding of your inner goddess & what she is here to reveal to you.

Part of the beauty of this work is that it is for everyone. You don’t have to be artistic or have any art skills to create and express through art.

These examples of creative expression came from various Art Therapy processes where the client was guided into sub conscious realms, and expressed from connecting to their inner most world, and brought it out onto the page.
