COACH DEB - QUICK SOLDIERS FIVE
My life is well-lived, and my coaching strengths are drawn from my own experiences in all aspects of Life & Business.
On 31 July 2017, I started a new journey. Sobriety.
I am now presently studying to gain further qualifications to grow in this field as a healer of sorts.
Coming from a long line of addicts of one kind or another - substance or emotional dependency was a learned behaviour as much as it was any type of genetics.
I am passionate about finding ways to help the addict as well as the entire family with what I have learned for myself.
I have created 2464 MHC from my own learning with my own Active Recovery - taking all I know about what I needed most in those final days of addiction when I was truly in dire & desperate need of human help and intervention. To what is needed with ongoing mental healthcare & active sobriety maintenance.
I offer a unique style of therapy to my clients, whilst constantly studying and actively engaging in other therapists and facilitators on a broad scale to bring the best mental health treatment and advice I can. I follow global-based models of all kinds - so I can tailor a recovery program for the individual's needs.
I am a single Mum of two amazing children, my daughter is 21 and living her best Uni life in Adelaide while my Son is 15, living full time with me and planing his future Engineering career in Military or IT.
I have settled and now reside in the beautiful Clarence Valley after a somewhat gypsy lifestyle with my own and previous partners Military Careers.
Bettering the Mental Health of the Clarence Valley & Globe via Social Media and Australian Medical Cannabis Legalisation are my current Advocacy projects.
