I'm Jen, a Spinal Flow Practitioner with a deep respect for the body's wisdom and its ability to heal when it feels safe and supported. With a foundation in nursing, my background includes Aboriginal Health, social and emotional wellbeing and complementary therapies focusing on nervous system based care. For many years,I have been listening to bodies and the stories they carry. Spinal Flow is the heart of my practice because it honors the whole person, supporting the nervous system to release stored stress and reconnect with ease and regulation. Many of the people I work with are sensitive, overwhelmed, or carrying the effects of long term stress or early life experiences, and are seeking a calm, gentle, respectful approach to healing. Spinal Flow H2O is a space of safety, curiosity, and compassion.
