Hi everyone on this Christmas Eve. Please keep in your hearts anyone who may be needing a hug or a kind word. We need to look out for one another in these trying times.
Letting you know Yoga is on next Monday and Tuesday 9am. Then a short break to resume again on the 5th Jan. keep connected. I will post some events happening early next year for weekend retreats, focusing on healing mind, body and spirit. Remember what Jesus taught the world. "Love One Another"

Please share this message for folk in Yamba that CARE ABOUT HUMANITY. Stand against genocide on the 24th of August. Be visual. Bring your families. Bring your children. Be seen. Invite media. Silence is violence against genocide. I heard yesterday from a Dr in Israel- that 95% of Drs in Israel are refusing to treat Palestinians. Only e1000 people marched in Tel Aviv against the atrocities in Gaza out of 7.200000 Israeli's. Over 270 Journalists bravely trying to get the truth to you, have now been purposefully targeted and murdered by IDF to prevent you knowing the horror of truth. While some journalists in Israel are celebrating these deaths. (reported by a small number of Israeli journalists holding a vidgal for fellow journalists killed) Over 1500 aid workers have been slaughtered. Israel is the wealthiest and most highly trained army in the world- backed by US interests. The excuses are lame. Meanwhile Zionist interests in Australia still infect our media and politicians. War criminals get to voice their justifications on Australian screens. Collectively we need to demand the strongest of sanctions against Israel. The Westbank is yet another ongoing tragedy in action, displacing hundreds of thousands with nowhere safe to go- many of them children. The ugly irony is that most of the illegal immigrants in the Westbank are from the US. They are the ones that should be deported. While Israel has continued its war on Lebanon since the 'ceasefire' in November last year. This goes unreported. Please be a voice in this wilderness. Stand and be counted.

It wasnt 90, 000 people Why downplay the truth? If possible- Join the march for Humanity in Brisbane on 24th Aug. Numbers matter. Pollies need to see HUMANITY IS MARCHING FOR HUMANITY.

One has to be blind not to see that Israel has completely lost the majority of the world - including in the West. This is Sydney today. No level of intimidation, surveillance, or threats can force the majority of humanity to support and defend apartheid and genocide.
