Supporting strength, healing, and community !!

Since her hip replacement in December 2025, Diane Brooks has been on a powerful recovery journey — and it’s been an absolute privilege to support her along the way as an Elders Support Worker, facilitating her hydrotherapy sessions.

Through hydropool therapy, I’ve been able to guide Diane in a safe, low-impact environment where she can rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in her body. Watching her progress in the water — moving more freely, growing stronger each session — has been truly inspiring.

This journey is more than just recovery. It’s about connection, trust, and supporting our Elders to stay strong, independent, and empowered.

So proud of you, Diane. Your resilience and determination
