How many of us have those moments were we say F--- it !!! I would have to say I have them a dozen times a day.... And then that other do gooding son-of-a-B...h comes in and ruins my selfish moment🙄 by making me think of everyone else and doing the right thing😫.... I have decided I am taking back an hr a day!!!!!! I as a mother, wife full time worker and all round dam nice person 😉will make a point of taking care of me for 1 hr every day, it's not much, it's just an hr! Omg why does it make me feel so bloody guilty!! Nope! That's it! I challenge all my NatuRaw lovers to dedicating 1 hr a day! No distractions, no husband, boyfriend, kids, social media, mobile phone,Tv.... just 1 hr all for you!!!

Let me know what you are going to do just for you in your hr! You might even be rewarded for taking time to be selfish just for 1 hr!!! 💚💚💚
