Day 5 Bogo
Lavender Peace! Id forgotten how good this oil is.
Many years ago I was diffusing this at night in my room, & realised, a good few weeks later that I didnt have any jaw pain.
Finally figured it out. I was getting such a relaxed sleep that I wasnt grinding my teeth, must of been the Lav Peace. It's the only thing that Id changed. Bonus round 🙂
I do use the kids collection oils. I really love stronger, the orange one (can't remember what it's called) but is so juicy & fresh.
& this one Steady is really lovely. I have the whole kit in my office & slather myself with it when doing the bookwork.
Anything to take my mind of that!

Day 4 Bogo

PB assist is an probiotic. No need to fridge these :)
These are perfect to take on holidays too.

Terrazyme is doTERRAs enzymes. They do an amazing job of breaking food down super fast, so you benefit from all the nutrients. Best taken before food.

Zengest/Digestzen is a perfect travel companion. Helpful to use this blend to sooth tums after over indulging ;)

Clove is another super oil. I use this like Frank to be honest. If in doubt use Frank &/or Clove.
Clove for a toothache works exceptionally well. & pain relief lasts quite a while.

Lemon is what our bodies need. Cleansing, freshening, focussing, clearing, & tasty!
My lemon tip for the day is, add 10 drops of Lemon to cooled boiled water in a small spritzer bottle. Use this to spray cut avocados to help stop them browning or spray salads before serving. Just adds a little zing :)

Day 2 of Bogo Week

Helichrysum is such a beautiful oil.
One of it's many benefits is it helps to stops small bleeds.
Im allergic to bandaids, so this oil comes in very handy when Ive had a small knife cut or blood nose. Just a tiny dab is all you need.
