So this is just the beginning, I have lots of plans for the coming months with small group workshops in the planning stage and one-on-one Art Therapy to follow. I'm really excited and pleased to have you all supporting me on this journey. Hi, I'm Claire my goal is to help support people to help them find direction and help them develop the tools they need to succeed in their passions and maintain a healthy emotional balance within their lives and empower individuals to live the lifestyle of their choice. I also will be running workshops that allow people to use their intuition, play with their inner child and experience the joy of creating through playing with mediums

The process, not the product, is important in these experiences. Healing heART Therapy is an LGBTQ+ Ally and safe space

Doing stencil art with my disability client today at the Disability Farm, lots of fun and singing and dancing too.

Out and about with my disability client. There's always a way to make art, these paint sticks are so good when we're out because there's no cleanup needed. I even had a play too.

Day 90 of the Another Friday and another online arting session with It's much more fun and I procrastinate a lot less when I am working alongside someone. My ADD often needs a body double to get things done. Good thing I have good friends willing to help me out.

Never underestimate the power of a badge or a sticker.

A young teenager came up to me today to say how much she liked the pin on my bag, that's the reason it's there to let people know that I'm a safe space.

And then this afternoon on my way home and guy behind me jumped out of his car while we were waiting at the lights and said, thank you for the sticker, you've made my day ☺️ that felt really good.

Two tiny things that made a difference to at least two people today, that I know of. Imagine how many people I might have made a difference to over time.

Day 80 of the Today I went with my client to see Lilo and Stitch, I wasn't expecting much but it was really good, gave me lots of laughs which is always good

Day 65 of the Today was Mother's Day here in Australia, I spent the day with my mum, we saw a movie and had lunch, it was nice.

Day 51 of the continuing on with my letters, I'm enjoying the part along with the aspect. I've even added a word today and went back on the last two letters and added words that resonated.
