This course is amazing for complete beginners or intermediate levels wishing to create balance and ease in the body.
Hatha is a form of yoga which creates a deep release without having to do any scary poses. This makes it great for all ages, shapes, sizes, levels of fitness and flexibility as you go at your own pace.
Hatha yoga helps with many imbalances in the body:
Back, neck and shoulder problems
Body and mind tension
Headaches and migraines
Over used muscles
Sluggish digestion
Constipation/IBS
Depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia
PMS, menopause symptoms and thyroid problems.
Classes are for 1 hour 15 mins 60 mins yoga and 15 mins guided meditation. Mondays 7pm to 8.15pm - $90 for the five week course. Starting 19th January.
