Amy Holman is a qualified Sports Therapist who studied for 3 years at the University of Bedfordshire in the UK and graduated with Honours. We offer several treatments such as remedial massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue, gait analysis, and injury rehabilitation. Musculoskeletal Therapy uses a combination of advanced soft tissue techniques, massage techniques and exercise prescription to manage, treat and rehabilitate pain and injuries. Musculoskeletal Therapy can benefit anyone from all types of backgrounds and work life

Treatment plans are made to help relieve pain and discomfort when playing sports going to work or just everyday life! Treating conditions such as:

Early Stage Ankle Rehab 🦶
A rolled ankle to end the day still showing some swelling, but this is the perfect time to begin gentle, targeted recovery work.

Dry needling is a safe and non-invasive technique that promotes healing, reduces inflammation, and improves range of motion by releasing tight muscles around the joint. Starting early in the healing phase helps optimise recovery and prevent long term stiffness or instability.

I no longer have personal social media pages. To do this, I had to give up control of my business page. I thought it would delete when I closed all my pages.

Unfortunately, it didn't, and messenger is still an option to message! I don't think it delivers. But my posts still go to FB

✌️ Pricing Update ✌️

I am having a price increase as we enter 2025. I very rarely do this in 11 years. This is my third time. I try my very best to keep my treatment as affordable as they can be!

To reflect increases in equipment costs and align with local market rates, new pricing as of January 2025-

1 Hour: $100

30 Minutes: $70

Concessions are available upon request.

We value your understanding and continued support, as the increase ensures I am able to provide a quality service 😀

Competitions are gearing up here in Perth. With summer approaching

Sorting out this 'runners knee' issue that has come up 2 weeks before showtime. 2-3 treatments, and they will be ready to run a PB 👏👌

Pre comp, post comp, and anything in between we got you ✌️

Books will be closed again in 2-4 weeks. Make sure you lock in your next treatment. You can book right up to the end of the year.

Exciting news ✌️

I'm opening my books to new clients this spring 🙌

There is still a short wait to get in, same day and same week bookings will be few and far between but I should be able to get you in within two weeks.

I'm ramping up work leading up to the end of the year, adding a few extra hours per week.

I have a few weeks off as we transition from 24-25 so I'm making myself more available leading up to that :)

Currently navigating the website so that new clients can book online alternatively, you can message me on all platforms also to book in 😊

Depending on numbers I may close them before summer so book in if you need me!

If you have EVER been here before, you can register to book online even if it's been a while. You will have a profile, even if it was 5 years ago. If you have changed your telephone number or email, I will have to change it for you to be able to log on. You can just message me :)

✨️Update from me ✨️

I still have my books closed. I'm trying my best to manage my time so that I am actually available relatively soon to clientele that have used my services before.

However, I'm taking new clients' information to go on a waitlist. I can't guarantee that you will be contacted sooner rather than later, but as soon as one of my regular spots opens up I can then get in touch with first on this list and work my way down.

I already have a few, so if you would like to be one of the first to be contacted, please message me your full name and contact details 😊

I will also make more of an effort to pop available times on my socials for existing clients, as the poll whether to do this or not was a yes, knowing that's helpful to you guys I will get on to it 😀

I have kept about 3 hours per day not available for online booking, but I understand some more varied times will be helpful! I may change this soon and pop all my availability online.

🏋‍♀️🤸‍♂️ Let's talk gym recovery 🤸‍♂️🏋‍♀️

Soreness is part and parcel of fitness. Never to be mixed up with pain! Workouts and post work outs should never be painful.

However, if you've ever done a workout, especially a weighted workout, this can cause delayed onset muscle soreness. Weird concept, but in order to improve muscle strength. We actually damage muscle tissue (weird right), BUT it's minor completely normal!

The muscle tissue micro tears- repairs- increasing its strength.

Who's not been able to walk up and set of stairs or get off the toilet after squat day 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ .

It's achy and sore days afterwards.

This is where I can help. When the muscle tissue is inflamed, we can decrease this, move all the goodies you need into the muscle tissue, and help that repair process.

Sometimes, it's hard to even think of someone touching your muscles when they feel like that, so we have many different modalities to help and massage techniques that don't increase the soreness they hugely help!

Above is my sister, who would only allow the cups after a heavy upper body session 🤣

If you're experiencing actual pain during and after a session, there are some very talented personal trainers in Two Rocks and Yanchep. If you need help finding one, send me a DM. I can point you in the direction of some seriously good ones :) they know their stuff to keep you out of trouble!
