4-hour workshop for kids with disabilities* and carers on Saturday, 15th November at Yandina, QLD.
Techniques to build resilience and awareness, how to build a shelter, make fire, and practice mindfulness.
This is the second edition of an a tailored version of our favourite workshop, offering bush skills, mindfulness and survival skills techniques to kids with special needs aged 8-12yo. Your child will learn in a fun day:
-The mindset of survival and the “rules of three”
-How to make fire using different modalities
-Prepare food and cook on fire.
-Knots and how to build shelter
-Mindfulness on a bushwalk
*Disabilities suitable for the workshop: ADHD, ASD level 1 and 2, Anxiety, Depression, Dyslexia, and some motor disabilities. Please send us a message.
Please note: For kids 8-12yo. Kids must be accompanied by a parent/carer who will be the responsible adults. Maximum of 7 kids and 7 adults.
