With 10 years experience in the wellness industry, I have worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist and a Nutritionist. While running my own clinics in both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, I have extensive experience treating sporting teams from local, national and international in a large range of codes and sporting genres. Working closely with physiotherapists, myotherapists, exercise physiologists and other remedial therapists. But ultimately I value the time spent working with people for a large variety of reasons and concerns. I am passionate about injury prevention, pain relief, maintenance and general wellness, by treating holistically through massage, dry needling, cupping, nutrition and self care guidance.
