✨ Children’s Kinesiology (Ages 7+) ✨

A gentle and supportive way to help kids feel calmer, confident and more balanced. These child-centred kinesiology sessions support emotional regulation, stress, anxiety, learning challenges and big feelings — all in a relaxed, nurturing space.

🕒 Sessions run 30–60 minutes, depending on what your child needs and how focused they are on the day.
🌈 Non-invasive and guided at your child’s pace, with the parent in the room.

$75 per session

4pm Thursdays
Saturdays & Sundays
