🌸 This beautiful, healthy placenta was born in the early hours this morning, belonging to my incredible client who brought her gorgeous boy earthside—on her terms, in her power.

42+3 VBAC 💥
She stood strong in the face of pressure to induce, trusted her body, and birthed with such courage and clarity.

I’m still in awe that this is my job. What an absolute honor to walk alongside women like this.

October 15 is International Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day, where bereaved parents from Australia and around the world pause to remember their babies who’ve died. Thank you to all the families who stood with us and helped us to remember all the little ones gone too soon, but forever in our hearts.

Every year, around 110,000 Australians have a miscarriage. 2,200 more endure the pain of stillbirth, 600 lose their baby in the first 28 days after birth and many more face the grief of termination for medical reasons.

October is a time for the world to break the silence and acknowledge the heartbreak happening too often right now.

This October 15th you are invited to join us to recognise Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month where we invite hundreds of Australian parents to share what’s hurting them right now – silence.
