Hello beautiful Peacock Fam... 🦚🩷

It's been the most necessary & reflective time this past year for me.
I apologise for my absence but as you all know, my biggest encouragement to you all is to do what is right for you, no explanation necessary... to live your truth, whichever way it redesigns your path.
Well, you can definitely say that's been my recent 18mths.

The most impacting reflections, due to:
📵 Being banned / censored on socials!
📝 Career redirection
🩸 Ups & downs of menopause & cortisol
🙅‍♀️ Saying "No" to survival mode
🥀 Deaths & their re-evaluation on my life
🇵🇸 My glee all are finally listening! 🇮🇱
😤 My disgust at our "industry"/ network
🐍 Being bitten by a snake! (you heard me!)
🚫 Removing the insincere who "mirror" me
💉 My elation truthseekers are now heard!
🇦🇲 Flying to the motherland to celebrate my gorgeous cousin's nuptials! 🥰

There's so much on each one that I'll expand weekly so we can all share insights, but right now, you'll be joining me on my return to the motherland, Armenia. One of the oldest of civilisations & my generational connection to spirit & the mystical. A land full of Pagan ritual sites & monasteries of the first-Christian peoples.

Guys, this will be the first time that one of my maternal lineage will be in Armenia pre-genocide (>150yrs), making me the first to step foot in the motherland in 3 generations. It'll be one of mammoth spiritual & generational healing for me & cannot wait to share with you all!

. 🧡 HAPPY FIRST FULL MOON OF 2025 💚

Happy New Year Peacock Fam! 🥳
It's been an awful long time between drinks.

I most definitely have missed connecting with you all but the break proved rewarding especially after 2.5yrs of daily sharing online... and today, whilst basking under the first full moon of 2025 as it returns to its home planet in Cancer 🦀 of personal relationships & initiating emotions 🦀, thought it time to share my last few months with you, now that I have digested their lessons.

As you all know, I experienced the loss of 3 integral women in the space of 3weeks last year, who'd served as mother-figures throughout my life (my stepmother, my aunt & our family friend). 🥀
It amplified not only the 20yr loss of my own mother but shone a light on my relationship with self & residual aspects of emotional trauma I still had playing like a broken record in a particular union... ie - trauma bonded. 🔒

The processing of such a tie was like no other I'd ever experienced as it was not of the:
✨️ Spiritual, nor the
🧠 Intellectual...
But of the Physical - of Flesh - the Human Self. 🤝
My body had uncovered its lifelong addiction to dopamine from being in a constant state of fight/flight for as far back as I can remember. 🤯
From a handful of unfavourable relationships I was born into, my body learnt to crave the adrenaline rush & in turn, live off staggering cortisol levels.

❤️‍🩹 CUE THE INTENSE DETOX & HEALING ❤️‍🩹

My body actually felt it being released from bo***ge... it wasn't just a new day but a new life.🌱

You see my lovelies, it was important I served Me first as I hold myself to being a person of integrity, sincerity, humility & thereby practice what I preach. Making my healing public as I hold space for it is not how I operate 🙅‍♀️ but stepping into my vulnerability to share my humble learnings in this 3D human life, is my calling in serving Spirit.✨️

So, whilst the deep, soulful vibrations of the Cancer Full Moon highlight your emotions, provide yourself nurture & release their weighted ties to the moon's healing light. 🌝♋️
