He’s only two days in and we’ve already tortured him by making him join the physio team’s weekly Pilates class… and he still came back after lunch, so we think that’s a good sign 😂💪

Nothing like good food, great company, and a few laughs (even if we had to eat lunch with spoons after our forks mysteriously disappeared 😂).

A big thank you to our new staff EAP consultant, for her insightful workshop on compassion fatigue - we’re excited to have you on board and to keep learning together.

And wow… we’re all still feeling the effects of that incredible breathwork session with .andco - truly transformative! 🌿
Highly recommend giving it a try.
