Nothing like good food, great company, and a few laughs (even if we had to eat lunch with spoons after our forks mysteriously disappeared 😂).

A big thank you to our new staff EAP consultant, for her insightful workshop on compassion fatigue - we’re excited to have you on board and to keep learning together.

And wow… we’re all still feeling the effects of that incredible breathwork session with .andco - truly transformative! 🌿

We hear this all the time – “I’m not actually sure what physios do!”
So let’s break it down, one step at a time 👇
👣 Today’s focus: MOVEMENT SCIENCE & ROOT CAUSE DIAGNOSIS
Physios are trained to diagnose the root cause of your pain or problem – not just treat the symptoms.
Physios are experts in assessing how your body moves to understand why the issue is happening in the first place. That means:
🔍 We don’t just chase the pain – we figure out what’s driving it.
👣 Knee pain? It might be coming from the hip.
😣 Tight back? Could be due to poor movement habits or muscle imbalances.
🎯 It’s all about treating the cause, not just the surface.
✅ We assess, treat, and retrain movement using hands-on therapy + tailored exercise + proven rehab strategies
