Bec Griffiths is a qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist and Counsellor and has training in Shamanic Earth based practices, Yoga, Reiki and Meditation. Bec is deeply passionate about creating safe spaces where people can feel truly seen and heard in their unique experience and offers support for reconnection with Self, land, nature and community through traditional healing systems.
