For those who asked about Odin's healing, here is our big guy.
Our neighbours have been a huge support and loaned us Denver to keep Odin company for a while.
Denver is a three year old thoroughbred and has been a wonderful paddock mate for Odin, he plays with Odin and as you can from this pic they snooze alot together.

Odin is still grieving his Queen lead mare, he was lost for a few days as we all were, it was all too sudden for us but with each day our hearts are healing with lots of cuddles and mutual grooming.

It is with a broken heart of a million, trillion pieces that I am sharing the news of my sacred Sapphire's passing.

Sapphire crossed the rainbow bridge on 13 December 2022 and I am, we all are absolutely devastated and broken.

Sapphire passed from a form colic, it was a tragic way for her to pass.
We battled and fought for five hours to save her life but some journeys are set and in those times we need to find deep strength and courage to witness and aid her next journey.

May our Queen lead mare Sapphire rest in love for all time.

Sapphire is and will always be my warrior heart horse; Sapphire rescued me and totally changed, evolved and aligned me with the sacred secrets deep within my DNA and family lineage.
Sapphire ignited magic in me that I had been disconnected from, she touched my soul with her cosmic power and I am eternally grateful for her love, empathy, compassion and horse magic.
Sapphire guided me on our wild adventures; we journeyed many times into sacred spaces deep within the Australian bush; we share a deep and powerful heart connection and bond that reaches out and over into all realms for existence.

Sapphire my love, may you fly high with your rainbow pegasus wings, until we ride again, I love you with all my heart.

We have decided to take a breath/pause BlueSun Equine Connections for a little while.

This year has been a journey of growth, joy, lessons, and surrender; we have all experienced the wild weather and living on the land has really connected us to the weather extremes we have all experienced (we’ve been flooded in five times, not easy when trying to run an equine practice).

I am returning to full time employment, this will allow us to focus on repairing the flood damage done to our property, furthering my education, adding some new facilities, and creating new magic with the horses.

We are hoping to re-open our hearts and gates in June 2023.
Our opening days will change; we will be opening on Saturdays only.

In our next chapter of BlueSun I am going re-align BlueSun with the intention of focusing on holistic women’s health. There will be more women’s circles and horse healing experiences on offer to our BlueSun community.

I will continue to host my seasonal wheel workshops and I look forward to empowering women in my community to connect and flow with the seasonal changes of our beautiful Mumma Earth.

We will be hosting our last workshop with Destiny from Design’s with Destiny on 18 December, we are looking forward to invoking and painting our Summer Goddess with the talented Destiny as our creative guide.

I thank want to extend a big businesswoman hug and big heart felt thanks to my creative and magical soul sister Destiny; Destiny it’s been an inspiring and collaborative journey, thank you for supporting my wild ideas, we created unique experiences and beautiful art pieces.

Those big hugs and heartfelt thanks also extend to my BlueSun community members.

Thanks to all of you for supporting a small business equine practice and women in business. It’s my dream and goal to be able to offer our uniquely magical equine and nature experiences to my local community and you’ve been so supportive. Extra big hugs to everyone who was flexible with the multiple date changes due to the floods.

We will stay on social media and will post every now and again, so you can keep up to date with our journeys and next chapter.

Storms clouds are rolling into the valley this weekend and we are in for another huge down pour.

Odin has my six and I feel his loving protection as we navigate nature's awe inspiring power.

Likely we'll lose power and reception for a few days.

We are fully stocked and will be OK.

We'll check back in once the sunshine returns.

We had some new BlueSun warriors join our community yesterday.

Our young warriors joined us for our Spring school holiday experience, the BlueSun Journey.

We had a beautifully calming day out in nature, on land with our gentle draught horses.

We spent some time with the BlueSun horses, slowing down and learning about horse language and energy.

Our warriors were invited to learn some basic natural horsemanship skills and were encouraged to explore land while leading our horses around, understanding and embracing their role as calm, mindful leader.

They enjoyed watching our horses play and splash in the water.

We had lots of fun and look forward to continuing our school holiday programs next year.

Our day started with a thunderstorm and ended with a hail storm.

But in-between these storms the sun sparkled and we enjoyed every drop of sunshine.

All the animals were loving the sunshine, ready for connection, cuddles and play.

How cute is our resident echidna? This little one has been hanging around our house and finally I had my phone on me to capture the cutest.
Did you know baby echidna's are called puggles?
