YYC Members can bring a long a female friend, neighbour, colleague or family member this week, as part of our support of Women’s Health Week

Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week is 1-5 September.
So for that week, and Sept 6 (bonus day!) we are offering our YYC members and pass holders to bring a female friend to any introductory, level 1 or women’s class - for free!

For women interested incoming along without a buddy/ YYC member, we have you covered with a $10 pass allowing you to come to any of those classes that week.

We have many long term practitioners in our school, so we have the privilege to see how transformative a regular practice can be for body and mind. Padmasana is an iconic asana that takes some coaxing for hips, knees and ankles. Beautifully presented here, with some of the tools of the journey.
