Mindful Mondays: 🐚Weekly Nature-Inspired Meditation🐚
This 60-minute guided meditation class with Donna Shiel from Black Conch, is designed to gently bring you back into your body, your breath, and the present moment. Each session weaves together mindful movement, stillness, and nature-inspired mindfulness practices to support self-inquiry, calm the nervous system, and create space within.
Begin with gentle movement to release the day, followed by prompted journalling to open awareness and intention. From here, you’ll be guided through a mindfulness practice, drawing on the rhythms and intelligence of nature, to help you feel more centred, embodied, and at ease.
There will be moments of silence and stillness and space for integration to close.
