Starting off 2026 with some faces and frames we didn't have a chance to celebrate before the end of last year:

1. Mohammad in a quirky Gamine frame that we converted from a sunglass to optical

2. Georgie in the Andy Wolf 5138, channeling Iris Apfel to the max, but still getting a great result for her stronger prescription lenses

3. Scotty in the Ahlem Haussmann, the perfect amount of aviator for a fresh new accessory 💫

One of my favourite Christmas traditions is being able to catch up with our friends and inspiring designers of , Paul and Marta.

We're fortunate they have an Australian family connection and make the journey over most years for our summer and end of year celebrations!

When they're not busy making gorgeous sunglasses like these (which are a staff favourite in store) they are being bloody great humans and we are honoured to stock their collection in store.

Now onto the nitty gritty, our Christmas hours are as listed 🎁

NINE! 👀 Check out how the journey began way back when.

It's hard to believe that nearly a decade has passed since our grand opening and I pinch myself every day that so many of you have embraced our store and what we do.

Running a small business in any economy is a gamble, but in recent years it's been tougher than most.
So now more than ever, I'm grateful to our Westside community and all of our regulars near and far who make our jobs easier.

A big thank you to everyone, including our suppliers and distributors, for an amazing nine years and we hope to continue for many more to come 🫶🏻

Our version of a horror story this Halloween 🎃

If you haven't been into PEEP before, you may not know that we only stock one pair of each frame at the one time...

On top of that, once sold we don't re-order the same shapes in the exact same colours again, as we like to keep things special for our clients who choose them in this close-knit community.

And because our frames are not mass produced, this all means that each piece is nice and exclusive and won't be found everywhere - because who wants to look the same as everyone else??

So if you see a frame in store that you love, don't snooze on them and become the star in your own horror story 🧟‍♀️

It's all about the polygons today!

There were so many frames that looked great on Tofunmi, that it was hard to choose only two.
But we think she made brilliant choices in these:

1. first up, the J.F.Rey 3060 with cute aqua accents and an oversized hexagonal shape

2. the baby pink Celeste from .eyewear featuring acetate trims on a modern octagonal shape

What a killer combo for her first ever spectacles - we 💚 your style.
